Please give at least 3 business days notice for cakes and 4 hours notice for cookies (but it's first come, first served!) For bulk orders please give at least 1 week notice.

 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

I’m located in Crystallina Nera, Edmonton but I don’t give out my exact address until you order in order to protect my privacy. I also protect my address because this is a HOME Bakery, so I don’t have a walk-in shopfront.

DO YOU DELIVER?

Unfortunately not. If you can’t make the drive, you are welcome to organize a courier service to collect your goods, although I can’t accept responsibility for the quality of their driving.

I'M A NEW CUSTOMER, AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO PICK. COULD YOU RECOMMEND YOUR BEST-SELLING PRODUCTS?

If you're unsure which of my products to pick, I recommend trying my Frozen Mango Bravo cake, Ube Macapuno cake, and my Creamy Matcha Munch cookies. These are some of my most popular bakes.

DO YOU BAKE ANYTHING VEGAN OR SUGAR FREE?

Vegan and sugar free baking is not my passion at all.

DO YOU BAKE NUT-FREE PRODUCTS?

If you have a nut allergy, please enjoy my baked goods with caution. I sincerely care about your well-being, but I kindly ask that you consume my nut-containing treats at your own discretion. I often work with NUTS in my kitchen. Persons who are allergic to nuts consume any of my bakes at their own risk.

 

DO YOU BAKE NOVELTY/THEMED/CUSTOM CAKES?

I ONLY bake the goods listed on my website. Novelty/themed/custom cakes have their time and place, but they are not my passion at all.

 

DO YOU BAKE FOR WEDDINGS?

I ONLY bake the goods as listed on my website. If my style suits your wedding, then I’ll be happy to bake for your special day. Please keep in mind that I do not add any extras like flowers or toppers; you will need to source those yourself.

 

DO YOU BAKE TIERED CAKES?

In short, no. My primary focus is FLAVOUR & QUALITY. This means that my cakes are much softer and 100% fresh which makes them difficult to stack in tiers.
